Every now and then something comes along and completely changes the way you do things. Two years ago, my daughter decided to become a vegetarian. I wasn't sure how that was going to look as far as making meals for everyone and didn't think just feeding her our side dishes would work out for her nutritionally. I went to the book store and found Oh She Glow's and have never looked back. In this book I found recipes that we all enjoy eating. Through preparing Angela's recipes I have learned to adapt all kinds of recipes to vegetarian. It has changed how my whole family eats. I ride my bike a lot and was worried I wouldn't get enough protein to maintain my activity level, such silly thoughts. I use the blog quite a bit to find more recipes, very useful around the holidays and special events or when you just want to try something new.
